· Maternity and retrenchment benefits
· We provide standard agreements for all your legal needs
· This includes employment and employment related contracts.
· We provide representation at disciplinary hearings and the CCMA hearings.
(An additional fee will be charges for representation at hearings)

PLAN L - A Legal/Labour assistance plan for small companies
· A telephonic legal/labour advisory service, including dispute resolution.
· Assistance with your company’s legal needs and requirements
· Assistance with debt collection
· Debt negotiations
· We have a 24 hour emergency line
· Discounted rates for legal representation
· We provide standard contracts for your company’s legal needs
· This includes employment and employment related contracts.
· We provide onsite assistance in regard to retrenchments and other staff negotiations.
· We provide representation at disciplinary hearings and CCMA hearings.
(An additional fee will be charged for representation at hearings and on site assistance)

WE PROVIDE IMMEDIATE LEGAL/LABOUR ASSISTANCE WITH NO LIMIT AS TO HOW MANY CASES YOU MAY HAVE.
